Warren is a strategic systems leader with extensive experience in the NHS, and provides policy and strategic advice to a diverse range of public and private sector organisations, as well as UK government departments.

Warren has been at the cutting edge of health care innovation and reform for over a decade, having designed and managed nationally recognised services. Warren was also a member of the National Children’s Mental Health Task Force which produced the landmark publication, ‘Future in Mind’, and he was a part of the ‘Tackling CSE’ expert reference group which produced the publication, ‘Tackling CSE’. Warren also sat on the NICE advisory group that developed the national standards and commissioning guidance for the 2 week referral to treatment and quality standards in first episode psychosis.

We are currently supporting a number of organisations and national agencies in the development of trauma-informed systems – which take advantage of the current focus on multi-agency integration, place-based implementation and the imperative for sustainability.
